Permit Process for Retailers wishing to sell fireworks to the public must submit the following to the City Clerk:

• Completed Fireworks Permit Application
  
  

Permit Process for Organizations wishing to host a fireworks/pyrotechnics display must submit the following to the City Clerk:

• Application for Display of Fireworks/Pyrotechnics Special Effects

 

Applications are considered for approval by City Council on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, once approved, applications will be processed and issued within 2-3 business days.
