Gopher State One Call

Gopher State One Call  (GSOC) is the one-call notification system established to inform Minnesota underground facility operators of intended excavation. GSOC serves as a communication link between the party conducting excavation and the underground facility operator. GSOC transmits the information from the excavator to the facility operator which allows him to locate its underground facilities.
